All ADShi products come with a 6 month comprehensive warranty. We pride ourselves with excellence in our products quality and our service to you. The warranty terms are stated on the warranty certificates that come with our products. All warranty certificates are codified with a productions series number.

If there are any issues with orders, for example, arrived damaged, arrived in non-working condition, or item not received, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Beyond this grace period, we may no longer accept any claims.
